Jamie's Brunch Salad

A delicious brunch recipe by Jamie Oliver will have everyone asking for more!

4 Serves


  • Olive oil
  • 2 sweetcorn cobs
  • 2 ripe avocados, flesh quartered
  • 4 rashers of streaky bacon
  • 2 baby cos lettuces, cut into thin wedges
  • 100g baby spinach
  • 30g tortilla chips, crunched up
  • 20g cress (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fat-free plain yoghurt, for yoghurt dressing
  • A few flat-leaf parsley sprigs, leaves picked and chopped, for yoghurt dressing
  • Juice of ½ lemon, for yoghurt dressing
  • Extra-virgin olive oil, for yoghurt dressing
