Jamie's Brunch Salad
A delicious brunch recipe by Jamie Oliver will have everyone asking for more!

INGREDIENTS
- Olive oil
- 2 sweetcorn cobs
- 2 ripe avocados, flesh quartered
- 4 rashers of streaky bacon
- 2 baby cos lettuces, cut into thin wedges
- 100g baby spinach
- 30g tortilla chips, crunched up
- 20g cress (optional)
- 2 tbsp fat-free plain yoghurt, for yoghurt dressing
- A few flat-leaf parsley sprigs, leaves picked and chopped, for yoghurt dressing
- Juice of ½ lemon, for yoghurt dressing
- Extra-virgin olive oil, for yoghurt dressing
